đť Sex selection is chosen by the customer. Please indicate your preference in the customer comment box at checkout or email us after placing your order. Sex is determined by examining the pelvic bones, a method that is approximately 70% accurate.
âł Because these birds are offered as pre-orders, processing time typically ranges from 15 to 30 days. In some cases, processing may take longer depending on the mutation and specific color availability.
đˇ We do not provide photos or videos before an order is placed. Once you have an active order, you may request photos only (no videos) of your bird prior to shipping by contacting us via email or text.
â ď¸ All sales are final. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If your plans change and you decide not to proceed before the bird ships, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime in the future.
